It’s important to remember that eyelash lash lifts + tints aren’t a one size fits all approach, and results will vary. The shape of the eye, health, length, volume (amount) and diameter of natural eyelashes are the factors that dictate what type of look will be achievable. So please keep in mind that we can only safely work with the canvas that your natural lashes provides us with. So with this in mind, it may not be possible to achieve certain desired looks, but this will be discussed with you prior to your service. Consultations are always welcome and encouraged!
Relevant Medical Conditions
Please let us know BEFORE booking your appointment, if you have any relevant medical conditions that we should be aware of, including, but not limited to, conditions such as Claustrophobia or Trichotillomania; if you have undergone any current medical treatments such as chemotherapy, etc.; skin conditions and/or any allergies to surgical tapes, carbon, acrylic, cyanoacrylate, etc.. as some allergies or medical conditions may hinder your ability to safely have a lash enhancement service. We will discuss your options prior to arranging your appointment.
All clients are required to provide a $25 non-refundable deposit when booking a service appointment (this amount will be applied towards your service, and the balance settled at the conclusion of your appointment). The deposit can be paid by EMT to . The balance can also be settled by EMT or cash.
Please arrive for your appointment at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service, to allow enough time to complete and/or review paperwork, visit the restroom and get comfortable. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please note that your appointment will either be deemed cancelled OR shortened accordingly, depending on the length of time remaining on your arrival. We are unable to run appointments over the scheduled service time to make up for late arrivals. As a result, it may mean that the time remaining will not be sufficient enough to complete your lash lift + tint service. Note that your full treatment fee will still apply. In order to maximize your experience, please ensure that you arrive to your appointment on time.
While we can totally appreciate that life is rushed these days as we multi-task from one place to another, we request that you please arrive to your appointment with makeup-free, clean skin - especially the eye and surrounding area. Otherwise, your makeup will need to be removed on your arrival, which may reduce your service time. This overage cannot be made up, in respect of our time and the time of clients booked after you. Your full treatment fee will still apply.
For your safety, we ask that talking be limited to the eye preparation stage of your service, and cease during the lash lift application process. Please do not mistake this safety measure as a lack of social interaction (catch-ups are one of the best parts of our client/artist relationship!) But your eye safety is paramount to our practice, and talking during the process leaves opportunity for unwanted eye irritation to occur.
Due to the nature of the service being provided and your inability to provide your undivided attention, please refrain from bringing infants, children and pets to your appointment. With the exception of teen aged minors who have booked a service, please do not bring family or friends with you to your appointment. The studio space does not have a dedicated waiting area or a receptionist to service multiple parties.
We understand that life can sometimes dish out lemons, and you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. If this is the case, We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, in writing. Please respect this notice period, as we require sufficient time to contact clients on our waiting list that may be available to fill your service time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule when re-booking your appointment to a later date.*
Appointments cancelled with 24 hours' notice or more: Your deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit is deemed to be to be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Your deposit is deemed to be forfeited and will not be refunded. Should you rebook your appointment, your service fee is required to be paid in full, in advance of your scheduled appointment date. If you do not attend your rescheduled pre-paid appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the pre-paid charge is also deemed to be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Lash lifts + tints are not suitable for absolutely everyone, and unfortunately, sometimes allergic reactions and/or non-allergic irritation can occur. While we're abundantly cautious and take the utmost of care throughout the application process, allergic reactions and/or irritation are not foreseeable. But if you contact us immediately upon feeling any discomfort, we can assist you to the best of our ability, as quickly as possible, with the understanding that we are not medical professionals and therefore cannot diagnose any medical issues or prescribe any treatments. While we should be made aware of any discomfort or irritation, you should contact your doctor for medical advice as soon as possible. We always approach every service with our best work as the ultimate goal, and aim to achieve the look that our clients desire. However, the outcome of a client’s expectations is dependent on various factors that cannot be predicted or controlled and individual results will vary. These factors include aftercare processes, natural lash shedding and/or oil production and lifestyle.
Given the above mentioned factors, we are unable to guarantee the duration of a client’s lash lift result. That said, if you are experiencing any post-service issues, please contact us immediately to discuss. We're happy to correct any work deemed (by us) to be an error in our application process. However, before determining the outcome of any issue, photos or a return visit may be required to confirm.
After hours appointments
I understand that there may be occasions where last minute bookings are necessary, outside of our normal business hours. Please contact us directly to discuss, as these are only available on a case-by-case basis, and carry an additional fee of $25.
In light of the various unknowns and the nature of the products and services provided, refunds are not issued for any lash services provided or retail products sold.
